I must be doing some thing wrong. I have a 6 cylinder engine with code 328575 and I would like to find out what year it is and for what vechile. I am hoping to put it in a 1959 Chev Apache pickup. Thank you

Were you looking for the later six for your 59? It is not a "drop-in" installation. Hoyt | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 25 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 25 | Thanks for the link!
I was not really looking for any thing, it was the engine that came with the truck, so I was hoping I could use it. The engine was on a wooden cross member and roped in. I was about to start to check out the engine to see if it runs and had hoped that I could just drop it in. I have a 1969 Chevy that I changed from a 6 to a V8, so I was hoping the engine mounts from the 1969 6 might work.
