will late model 16n. wheels from a chevy Colorado truck 07, or 08 fit a 50 chevy 3100.. I am thinking front disc brakes for the 50 thanks

No. The bolt pattern is correct, but the wheel backspacing is way off. They will rub.

what wheel will work with a disc brake conversion on the front of a stock 50 chevy 3100 thanks. will spacers work with either application ?

I think you are looking for 73 to 80 1/2 ton 4x4 wheels.
