There is another arm rest that pruports to be for the 47-54 AD. It has paperwork for installation, but the bottom, connecting tabs don't look right. That is all well and good, but I need some pics from the side up, down, and any other angle you can think of to give me an idea of what I need. Were the originals all vinyl, a mix of vinyl and burlap/fabric. I have collected the few pics of arm rests on the SBP and the armrest seems kinda puny, and not like what I have seen for the AD trucks. I know that the arm rest is kind of rare, So any pics would be greatly appreciaed, Especially if you could reply in the next few days.Thank You, Jimmie.

There seems to be no middle ground here. Either they are pretty good repops, or just plain junk, depending on who you talk to. I am getting a little off topic here. So what I was hoping for was some photos of original arm rests. He said they fit but they were clearly the wrong ones.
My repro ones have held up pretty well for the last 8 years now.

I was going by what I have read in the archives here on the SBP. Giving a fair amount of weight to Alan Horvath's account of replacing his armrests. But I have an open mind. It seems that you and the other two guys are happy with the repops. If I get a few more positive responses, I will rethink my position about getting the repops.
