The only problem is I believe its a one ton where mine is only a half ton. Mine is also a 1946. In the pictures it looks like the same truck. The fenders are going to be different so they won't be of use to you. I think that the hood and grill are the same also.
As for the engine. It could be usefull, but the drive line and brakes will be different.

That is a model change not a 1/2 ton vs 1 ton issue.
Also the door locks for a '41 is in the handle - '42 and up is in the door
