Wecome to the bolt. Nice set of trucks you have and you can paint it any color you like smile Its YOUR truck and we don't mind.
(Wait till you see the color on my panel!)

You may want to post a note in the Welcome forum at the top of the forum home to give everyone a chance to say hello.
Nice set up...oh, and plan to join other stovebolters at the 5th Annual Stovebolt Reunion in Kansas this Sept.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Rick,

SWEET trucks!!! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with the 216 in a ton-and-a-half. Cool about the hoist - I like that.

Welcome!

first of all this was not a 5 window or I would not have gotten jiggy with the jig saw.
What I now have is a 50 convertable truck Chevy SS-R stole my idea
I saved the cut out and will make flanges of some sort so the piece will be re-attachable. I am not sure what kind of latches to use maybe something like a suitcase has. It is my utility truck for my hobbyfarm and it stays in the barn except on nice dry days so the top stays off all the time. I will take some more pics but I'm not sure how to post them on this forum? or should I just ust the web page link?
more later,
Rick
