Someone along the way put a set of early GM car buckets in the 57 that just won't do. I'd love to have an original(s),but I'd bet they are scarce as hen's teeth. Did the 55-59 Panels have the 3/4 bench with a jump seat or did they have one or two bucket(s)? What non-original seats would you guys recommend? I like the idea of the passenger seat flipping up to allow access to the back of the truck. I know this subject has probably been discussed,but I didn't have any luck with a search. This is not just my opinion, I found some old tablets (in an apple cellar) written on old vinyl seat covers that say this. Violate this if you want to, but I'm not.

The interior specs list a '91 60/40 split seat. It caught my attention because I too was thinking about an upgrade for my '59.
BTW: I think the '91 model (on an extended cab) slides forward for access to the rear seat.
