Troy Destroy Wrench Fetcher T Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 227 Dallas, Tx	my 63 c-10 has a later model steering wheel. its chevy and possibly from a caprice. the drivetrain is... anyways im trying to remove it and running into a lot of difficulties. i pulled the cover and removed the steering nut but and some star screws and the wheel came off but the adapter didnt come off. its hard to explain the look. it curves out and almost looks like a flower thet the steering wheel attaches too. any one know what this is from and how to remove it? i can post a picture if needed... thanks in advance Troy Destroy / Dallas,Texas 1963 Chevy C-10 SWB stepside ------------------- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v619/theyownus/truck/oldie.jpg

V6 jimmy Wrench Fetcher V Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 221 arkansas	well i dont know what it is but it has holes for a puller so it will come off.you will need a steering wheel puller use the 2 threaded holes for the puller bolts and it should pop right off then you can put a stock wheel back on.you can pick up a cheap puller at Oriellys for under $20
