They get them really hot. Often they wont even fit back on once you take it off. I would get a manifold from a 250. They are generally in much better shape & fit the same. The early models had 2 bolt flange & the later ones had 3. You can change the flange on the pipe if nessesary. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though.
