The plugs in 1,2 & 3 are severly carboned after running for 10 minutes while the plugs in 4,5 & 6 look like new (They are all new). The firing order was correct.Any thoughts?

Its weird that #3 and #4 would be so different, because they share an intake runner. A 235 has siamesed intake ports, so 1&2 , 3&4, 5&6 share intake runners. Check plug wires. Check valve adjustment. Check timing. That should point in the right direction

Do the heat ranges on all the plugs match? if some are too cold, the excess soot wont get burned off. Thats the only thing I can think of.
