But since you don't have that let me see if I can give you some basics. Battery to starter. Battery to ground (frame). Frame to engine. Starter to ingnition switch. Ingnition switch to coil (this one I am not too sure about _ refer to wiring diagram). I believe this is enought to get you started and running off the battery. Good luck!

Run battery cables to ground & top of starter. Run a wire with a spring clip from the top of starter to + on coil. Run a wire from - coil to dist. If it gets fuel it should start. This is for testing purposes. You will need to buy or build a harness to get all systems working.
