This is my first post to the forum so I apologize if its posted in the wrong place. I just purchased a 1951 3100. I am wondering what the best way to drain the gas tank would be. The tank is in the original location behind the seat. Is there a drain cock or anything on the tank?

There may be an el or a petcock there. Be careful when you take the plug out and hold the petcock securely.
