A typical setting would be 1/8"...this is 'toe-in'.

This is an easy DIY project. This is how I did mine:
1. Cut 2 pieces of angle iron to the same length as tire dia.
2. Drill 2 holes in each piece to mount them to your drums.
(center line of hub should be in middle of the angle irons)
3. Measure the spread at the rear and compare to the spread
at the front.
4. Adjust the tie rod to bring them into spec.
Or, take them to your friendly alignment shop, but then,
