The truck wont move at all , I tried to rock it , and nothing.
I was looking at the cable while a friend pulled the lever back and forth..It moved only up to the coupler then stopped.
I pulled the tire to look in the drum, but do I need to remove all the boltd in the middle of the hub to get the drum off..[the truck is a 3/4 ton]

I have tried to free up stuck brake cables in the past, only to have the stick again and loose my brakes to the brakes staying on and boiling the brake fluid, and then having no brakes, Not worth the cost. | | |

Let it set for a few hours and soak it again. See if that lets the cable release. If not, follow Albert's advice.
