In Part One he talks about a Doug Fisher vibration damper. The picture may or may not show a double pulley but while expensive (billet?) this item may be a substitute for the elusive stock double pulley harmonic/vibration damper. I would like to run both an alternator and an a/c compressor some day.
Does anybody have any knowledge or experience on this? I found a few comments on the Inliners site and from there I learned that they changed the name from Doug Fisher International to Fisher Concepts. Their web site does not open.
Any other alternatives or ideas to add the double pulley to the front dress of a 235? My casting numbers indicate it is a 1958-1962 vintage block.

It supposedly bolts to the damper and there is a water pump pulley with it that fits over the original water pump pulley. None of the dampers I have ('57 truck 235 and '62 truck 261) fit that pulley though, so I don't know how to really make it work. I sent you an email through your swap meet ad.

Got it off of a 57 Chevrolet car. The 57-62 cars are the ones that will have the double pulley on them. Also have seen them at swap meets. There is a "pulley guy" at some of the meets around here and he has them.

I sent you and email tonight because the pictures of your truck don't show the damper but I was remembering that your damper had both pulleys between the damper and the block.

I started to write you back an email but I wanted to clarify with Joe. It's a tight fit to the radiator and if I use the pulley that bolts to the front of the damper I will need to use a smaller diameter fan...and an electric pusher fan. What type of water pump does your pulley work with? I will need to use the short style pump to use the 235 in a 46 half ton engine bay.
I keep exploring the options. I son't seem to make time to work on the truck but I keep collectiong the parts!
