It looks like it'll fit but is a little different and want to know if anyone can tell me what the differences are and will it work on my truck.
The pan appears to be the same shape and size and should fit the engine. On the passenger side there are convex indentations that "roughly" look like a "T"
Mine does have the indentations but it isn't as big and doesn't look like a "T"
The new pan also has a small convex indentation at the bottom on the passenger side. I originally thought this was a dent/defect but I don't beleve so.
Mine doesn't look like that. It's smooth.
Any ideas as to what this new pan is and will it fit? | | |

Place the new pan on the bench next to the old pan. Are the the same height (depth actually)?
Next I would check to see if the pan with out a gasket will bolt up to the block?
If both of these are yes then I would proceed and use the pan. However if the pan height varies significantly then I would proceed with cation.
