Any help is appreciated. Looking for GREY HIGH HEAT engine paint (prefer the type with ceramic in it) SPRAY CAN PREFFERED

You did state you are looking for engine paint. There is New Ford Gray as TM2C stated. It is good to 500 deg.

The only part that gets up above 212 degrees on your engine is the exhaust manifold. You don't even need high heat paint.

The "correct" color for your engine has been debated to death and our resident color guru Denny Graham has compared the various brands of the gray paint and concludes that the one sold my The Filling Station to be closest to the original color.
