Shifting in and out of reverse is quite stiff. Trans was rebuilt over 14 years ago but has less than 1500 miles since. Is there any linkage lubrication advice that may reduce this stiffness? Mine was stiff on the column where the swivel is that lets the lever pull forward and backwards. It sounds like yours might actually be under the hood on the column where the detent section is that the neutral start switch mounts to. | | |
