Personally I start from the centre and 'work' out along the bottom edge first. In fact I do this with ANY rubber mounted windshield. That way you ensure the centre bar lines up and as 4ontheFloor said it stops the windows "walking" across and making one side too tight.

I leave a small loop of cord at bottom centre, use plenty of lube,I use plain glass cleaner. It's best if you can have someone on the outside applying a small amount of pressure to hold the glass in place, while you draw the rubber over the pinch weld.Once you have got the bottom edges in to just round the corners get out and pull the glasses down to seat them properly.Re-wetting the rubber if required. Then continue up and round the top gently patting the windows into place with the flat of your hand. DON'T

hit the glass too hard or you know what will happen!

Do this when it's a bit cooler ,not when/if it's too hot. Hope this helps!
