Hello. I am 15 and from ohio. I am restoring three ACs now, a 1939 B, a late model C, and a 1933 unstyled WC, and a few garden tractors but they dont count for much. Im sure a couple people here will know me as Lanse, My handle on other forums. Since an "easy" restoration on a "solid tractor" is at seven months, 3 weeks and counting, im sure i can find something with four even sized wheels and get it road worthy in a year and a half or so. This seems to be a nice site and im looking foward to learning all i can from it.

Whatever i can get my hands on. Thats how i accuired 3 ACs. I wanted to be an IH collector, but got a line on a cheap B. Then met someone with a C. He gave up on it and said he was selling it cheap, and so that was that. Then i was talking to someone i work with and he asked me if i wanted 1 more. So here i am.

I like all makes, models, and i'll jump on anything in the area that i can get. I keep things orignal, or replace with something that does the same thing. I dont "hotrod" my garden tractors. I dont "pull" anything here, nor do i intend to with a truck. I'll be looking for projects when i can afford one in a few months, after recovering from 3 tractors.

Aha! I like your style! The way I see it, if it was good 40-50-60 years ago it is still good enough today, even if you can't go as fast.

Yep, thats the way to do it. AND It might not be good enough 40-50-60 years from now, but it will still be in working order or close to it, unlike plastic crap from china now.
