I can pick up on the bottom of the door and rotate it up about 1/4". I found a hinge repair pin from LMC. Does anyone have experience with this product and how difficult is it to install? What should I expect for results?

If the hinges are in really bad shape, I suggest a good deburring tool to smooth out the inside, and/or a rat tail file with maachine oil to clean the insides out. You may also find the pins to be excessively long, After doing the first one, I measured and cut them to length. Been happy with them since.
