For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 19 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 19 | I purchased a 53 AD truck, however the key has been lost. Years ago I had a 48 Ad truck with the turn down outer door handles. I was able to pull the key lock out of the passenger door and get the key number off of it. Is there a number on the push button locksets, and if so how do you obtain it?? Or where do I get the key number so I can have a key made??

Remove the handle, then the lock. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 327 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 327 | I had to do the same, then take the number to a locksmith and presto a new key...Peter | | |
