wow, todd, great looking bed.

what kind of wood is it, where did you get it, and what kind of finish did you use on it ?

i got some mildew on my wood, and have to treat it again after i remove the mildew spots.

Thanks Leonard, It's white Oak and I had a friend make me up the bed wood and strips tee's, All of the fire stations here in Vegas had a remodel over the winter and the Oak was left over from a couple of Jobs and it didn't cost me anything

When I was getting the Marine Spar Varnish My 10 year old daughter was with me and brought me over a can of "Cabot" Dark Walnut stain and said "this is the color you should stain it" Soooo That's the color it was going to be...And I think it turned out good (plus it tickled her knowing she had something to do with it)

There's still a few things I got to do before it's finished but it's getting there
