I have managed to take most of the twist out of the rail. It was turned under a bit. When I measure for square to the center crossmember, it is one inch longer corner to corner. From the crossmember to the front, it is only 1/8 inch off. Should I try to straighten this, or should I find someone with a frame rack? I will try to post pictures when I return from my trip later this week.

For those measurements to be accurate the frame needs to be in a certain relationship to the measuring device. I would recommend taking it to a frame shop if you suspect the frame has been damaged. You might be able to get it close but then again you might not. I've seen a lot of vehicles dog track because of improperly repaired frame damage.
