When I bought my 1/2 ton 59, the PO had a Choke pull in the dash hole closest to the Speedo/Gauge Cluster on the left side of the column next to the headlight switch. It also had a Throttle pull in the dash panel hole above the Deluxe heater. Was this a standard OEM layout? Where did the choke (if supplied) pull go? The Electric wiper seems correct on the right side near the radio right? Thanks
