Yep, you're totally bonkers! Better ship that thing to south central Tennessee, just so you won't be tempted to waste a lot of time and money fixing it up! I'll volunteer my farm as a safe storage space!

Congratulations on a good buy!

I definately would have bought it. It's worth that in scrap and spare parts. That was a good buy,

Looks alot like the one HevyHauler has,... then again, paint it copper and slap a GMC grill on it and it looks like mine! :P
Nice find, looks like some work to be done there!

Dave,
Good thing you bought it and saved Bobb from having to build a bigger shop. How was trailering it? Did it just fit?

It trailered just fine...could have been 6" more forward...
1/2 of each outside dual tire hung off the edge...
see my pics to see her on the trailer...

1/2 of each outside dual hanging off the side of the trailer isn't bad you shoulda seen how well my 61 Chevy C60 fit on a buddys homeade trailer that i borrowed, the outside duals weren't really on at all.... and 1/4 to 1/2 of both front tires were off the edge.... had to make ramps out of wood so it would go over the fenders on the trailer (still wish i took pics of it on trailer, it was a sweet site to see, my 64 Chevy pulling this big 61 chevy)
