Does anyone know where to get standard shocks for it anymore? JC Whitney has discontinued them. There is a listing for '63-'66, 59541 Gas Matic LT or 59001 Gas Matic. Not sure if they'll interchange with the earlier truck.

Seems they worked well if memory serves me correctly.

The front suspension is extremely smooth, but the rear is like no springs at all. If I step on the rear bumper there is damped spring action as expected. I suppose if I loaded five hundred lbs or so in the bed it would ride pretty good.
