| | | | | Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 | If you're using lacquer you could try a thick fabric like canvas wrapped around a block, wet with thinner and try "sanding" the paint off the high spots after the paint has dried.
May take a couple tries but I think that's probably your best bet. Masking would be a nightmare and then you run the risk of pulling up paint when you remove the tape.
