I need to replace the upholstery for my 1960. I know that the custom seat option would be two-toned charcoal and silver.
I've looked at all the usual suspects, and the closest I can find is Classic Industries, who has a charcoal nylon cloth facing with blue vinyl bolsters and piping.
1) Has anyone found a better source for this?
2) How successful would I be if I tried to dye the blue vinyl bolsters/piping silver? Will the color last?

Might be worth taking a look - It was a little spendy, but what isn't? They were great to work with and quick. Looks like you're doing a great job restoring your ride! I like the way you're doing it in stages - I'm just starting on that path. Try SMS Auto Fabrics in Portland OR. They have the fabric books and will at least be able to send you some fabric samples. If you use their products then also expect to spend some jing.
