The '54 had a difference how the grill mounted and the parking light area. Find a good used fender and hackout the piece you need.

While the big vendors might not carry it you might run across someone that makes them himself. Do a search here on the Bolt. A year or two ago the subject was covered and there was a guy that had a shop that specialized in sheetmetal refab.

If not I will attempt to carefully fab out several pcs and weld them in little by little. If I can get close enough perhaps I can make a reverse shape from a friend who has the same fender and use it as a gauge to fill in with bondo. I love this hobby it challenges me all the time.
