I haven't heard from him in awhile. I found something in Alaska for him, but all I can do is PM him and if he doesn't sign on he won't get it. Anybody have his email address? Thanks

Haven't seen Buddy in the panels and burbs for a long time now. I have been wondering why we haven't seen him. Hope he is OK. Weeds

Don't make me feel bad.......I'm still here, the days just got away from me. I thought when I retired I'd spend more time with you guys but that hasn't happened. I took a road trip for a month last spring, about 7000 miles. I finished the shop and am working on the Suburban. Got the frame totally stripped, put in a new rear leaf spring kit and just got an S-10 4x4 rear end for it. Rebuilding those brakes now and making it all new again. Welded in a Mustang II IFS up front and doing final fit on it now. After I get the chassis rolling I'll put the Burb cab on to check clearances and get the motor and tranny set in and lined up. I bought a GM crate motor (350 V*8) last fall and my step son is going to build a 700R4 for me. After that the chassis will come apart again for some final sandblasting and paint then back together for a shiny new rolling chassis (got to get some smoothies and wide whites). Then, bodywork and all of the rest...........

Anyway, thanks for checking on me, I'll try to drop in more often

I found the 52 Pickup (9'bed) and panel and burb on Craigs List. The truck looks a little rough, the burb real rough but that '54 panel looks pretty nice, wonder $$$ for that one? Anch is 365 miles from here. It would take a lot of time and gas $$$$ to get one home. I picked up a '54 cab and front fenders at the dump a year or so ago.

Glad to see that you're still moving forward on the suburban! I wanted to give you a heads up first before I posted it, although don't think it will be leaving Alaska soon!

I think that they are all salvageable, But toting them 365 miles would be challenge, the dogs would get tired! lol

I've been looking at those 3 vehicles and got some more pictures from the guy, he drove the 54 panel yesterday. He only has a title for the 52, he wants 600$ for the 54 panel and 300$ for each of the other ones or 1000$ for all of them. Dave

Hey Homer, I Emailed him today for more info, does the Panel look solid? Are you going to take a drive and look at them?
