I was told awhile back that an early chevy car front drums will fit my 56 3200, is this true. I found a pair from a 56 chevy car that look good and are 5 lug. Thanks for the help

yes, it's true, just need to use the hubs as well, which fit the spindle and use the same bearings

The spindles are longer on a truck than on a 55-57 car. The drums will work but you will need the hubs from a 51-54 car.
