Front and inner fenders and front support structure are all bigger because of the tires.

I don't believe it will, but maybe someone could verify that for you with an Interchange Manual. Parts from many Medium Duty Chevy and GMC trucks will interchange with a pick-up, but the 7500-9500 Heavy Duty cab is very different.
