I don't remember ever seeing the 348 engine in any '58 Apache pickups :confused: . I can't recall anything good about it. After
3 years or so I replaced it with a 327. Were not available in pickups. I had a 1960 L80 Road tractor 348ci, & a '65 L80 Wrecker 409ci.
