I was thinking hooker competition headers, and flowmaster 40's, but wasn't sure if that was good or bad or what. Also i need to know a lot more about how the exhaust system works, and how it all connects and goes together.

It sounded great. Deep rumble without a lot noise. But i,m an old man. It,s all a matter of taste. Those noisey exhaust system can get on your nerves after a while. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum

There is a lot of complicated bends to get around that rear-end set-up. I have a guy here that does a lot of custom bending and put mine together without wasting one piece of pipe. Next time I'm going to get it done in stainless steel. I've got 2 1/2" pipe with Flowmaster 50's. I wish I had gone with the 40's though, all of that pipe quiets it down too much unless you are really getting on it. Well, that's my 2 cents, Scott
