The ignition and valve timing is good, but I had to make a new mark on the balancer. I understand the inner and outter parts of the balancer can move, but I wouldn't expect this much. | | |

Once the bond is broken between the outer ring and the rubber that is between the inner and outer parts, it's only a matter of time until the outer ring will move forward or backward and make contact with something. There's a place in Redding/Anderson, CA called Damper Dudes that rebuilds them.
