If it is the brg. has some wear in it. If it is a small amount & the trans is not noisy & works ok I wouldn't worry about it. It can be replaced without pulling the trans. It's always a good idea to change the grease in the trans & rear end on these old trucks when you get one. The grease in there can be really raunchy. They say money can't buy happiness.
