I've got a 63 C60 and I was wondering if any of them came with arm rests on the door panel. If not did they come on the half ton versions and how hard would it be to attach one to the door of the bigger truck?

Arm rest were an option..all of the doors are set up for them behind the panel...you have to drill the panel for the bolts to mate up with the threaded inserts in the door...

They were an option on PU's but I don't think they were available on the larger trucks. However they could be installed since the steel panels were the same.
