If I use zero-rust on the firewall and inner fenders, can I top coat with Rustoluem brand semi-gloss paint?

I found that if I top coated with Rustoleum within a day all worked well but if I waited more than a day I got a reaction with the Rustoleum over Zero-rust. The paint crinkled in areas.

If you are going with a different color though I am sure the rustoleum will hold but I would spray it with a gun to get uniform coverage. | | |
