I had to drill out the old ball ends and then drive them out with a punch,not bad at all,I really think this is a worth while upgrade, especilly when you compare the old tie rod assy with the new, GO FOR IT. old navy 51.............. | | |

I have my old tie rod removed, the ball ends gone, and waiting for the CPP rod to show up. And I'll still need to call for those urethane boots for the drag link ends. I guess Chevy Duty is the only place with the urethane boots, although Jim Carter has rubber ones.  | | |
