I guess what I meant is how many nuts bolts and washers needed for the sheet metal.

If there is anything I hate it's Clutch Fasteners!! I usually replace all the fasteners anyway when I do the mock up. Yeah, it's a million trips to the hardware store, but it's got to be done. The rebuild seems to go faster with new bolts and screws and such.
