It includes just about everything to rebuild this engine. Except for the connecting rods, or motor mounts. They don't even have the con rods or the mounts available. But they do have the rod bearings. I dont mean to sound cheap or anything, but is there another company that sells an overhaul kit for this engine that has the connecting rods and guides with it? I mean, it sounds like a good idea to replace the rods too, if you are doing the pistons and everything else, right?

I got my re-main kit from them cheaper than Kanter, but had to use Kanter for the timing chain and timing gears. NAPA can usually find what you need but might take a few days. It might be worth your while to call Kanter if you haven't already to see what they can do. When you get you parts check to see if they are the right ones- especially bearings. Get it balanced if you can afford it.
