What have you guys found to be the most effective and efficient method of bench bleeding your master cylinder?

If you can determine that your MC is level, bleed it on the frame. I don't care what others say, it won't be any more level on a bench or on a vice. I have never bled a MC on a bench and never had an air bubble in the system.
