Is there a template or anything that shows what to cut, where to crimp or flange, to let it accept the new glass? Any help will be appreciated...

I'll see if I can find my issue and let you know. I don't think it as simple as cutting out the opening for the bigger glass. Found it, July 06 issue, but its for the 55-59 truck. You can check it out on thier web site. I'm not that fimilar with the 60's window, but someother bolter will fill in the blanks.

And there are many ways so I guess I am not much help. Except that to tell you that I changed the hole rear panel on My 61. And even at that it is a lot of work. I have two parts trucks w/ big window and thought about it, but I prefer the small window in my 66. To replace cab it's a bolt on process. To do just the window it's alot of cutting and welding x2. From the doner to the project.
