This would also allow an open driveshaft. Sounds toooo good to be true! Any thoughts? Thanks | | |

Sounds too easy. Wonder why no elso has reported on doing this?

#34484 03/27/2002 7:23 PM | Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 125 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 125 | I have done this swap, works great but you do have to address the pivots on the axle. I prefer to remove the pivoting mounts and weld on rigid pads. I have had a welded pivot crack.
