What is the easiest way to changeover? I have disc in front, Drum in rear. thanks in advance

Trade the nice set of Boyd's for a nice set of something else that will fit your existing bolt pattern.
Replacing the rotors and redrilling the rear axles & drums would probably be cost prohibitive.
