He probably wasn't lying, but the greenish color, weird fuel pump and smaller diameter [7/16"] flywheel bolts led me to believe it's actually a '63. According to Santucci, the '63s had a forged steel crank.
The ser no stamped on the distributor pad is: FIII6PG. Any way to run the numbers?
