Well I am not sure if you have a combo fuel/ vacuum pump but what ever you have should not be leaking oil. I think no matter which pump you have you will want to replace it. just my opinion and it is worth what I charge for it.

#32958 06/19/2003 11:00 PM | Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 156 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 156 | Thanks Brian.......the stud is hollow and has a fitting for a hose..I put a piece of vaccum hose on it and used the old screw a bolt into it trick to stop it up for the time being..Just got the truck and its bleeding to death...Trying to get some oil leaks stopped...Have done all the easy ones..lifter side plate,valve cover,fuel pump...now its time for the oilpan etc...Thanks again

If someone put a hollow bolt in one of these, something's wrong. If you have the combo pump with fuel pump on top and vacuum pump on the bottom, there will be two vacuum lines on the bottom. But since your truck should have electric wipers (I think) you wouldn't need a vacuum pump.
