Used would be preferred over repop door shells. My doors are also rusted out on the bottom. Depending on the year of the door, if you happen to have the wing window doors, if the wing windows are in need of attention, thats something else to consider, as those are pretty expensive to replace parts for, also, is the glass good? do the windows roll up and down? If all of this stuff is needing replacement, a door shell would probably be the less expensive way to go, otherwise, I know they make outer door bottoms through like an LMC for maybe $30 each side and the door bottom ends and inside come as another piece and those are $35 if I remember right. Its definately yours to consider. Words of advice though that I see so many people try to do other ways, if you are fixing doors, make sure they are mounted on the truck so the door gap spacing can be obtained correctly and you are sure everything is lining up correctly, on the workbench door repairs NEVER turn out right.
Good luck with the project
