My gaps were way out all over the place. After lots of looking and measuring I discovered that the van was bent over to the drivers side on top. Like I'm talking the whole body was crooked. I had to take it to a body shop and put it on a frame straighting machine and have them hook on near the top of the rear door and give it a pull back to the passenger side. After that the doors fit perfactly.

highwayman has the answer. And, do it with all parts in place, ready to paint, but before painting. | | |
