A good machine shop should be able to do that.

I ensured there was a good matting surface between the intake and the exhaust manifold and bolted them together. I then had the machine shop mill both intake and exhaust at the same time. I did have to grind the rings a little, but it worked perfect. The machine shop tech said that was not a normal way to have it milled, but it flat and true.

Took the manifold to a machine shop and found that the exhaust manifold had to be replaced as it had been milled too much. Found a used manifold and took it apart for milling. Put the intake and exhaust back together but left the two parts slightly loose until they were installed on the truck. Then tightened everything down...no more leaks!! Hope this helps.
